"I just signed up, but can’t find my members login details"

Your login details have also been automatically emailed to you in your members welcome letter. 

Please check that the email isn’t spam, blocked or in your junk mail folder. When you do find it, add the email address to your ‘safe senders’ list (AKA whitelisting it)!

"What is your return policy?"

All returns for book purchases are handled by Amazon. Please visit their website if you have questions regarding returning a book order.For digital orders, there is a 60 day money back guarantee.

"How long will it take for my order to get here?"

Digital orders are delivered immediately after purchase, and are also emailed to you. You may wish to check your spam folder to ensure your login details have not been emailed there. 

Physical product orders through Amazon will be delivered according to the shipping method you choose. Please check for an email from Amazon with tracking information for your book order.
